Questions
What counts as an account?
A Google Ads account you connect to Sukidoo. A manager account is a door, not an account: only the accounts you select under it count toward your plan.
What happens at the end of the trial?
The trial runs 14 days from checkout. On day 15 your card is charged for the plan you chose, unless you cancelled before. Cancelling takes one click from Billing, and access runs to the end of the period.
Why ask for a card before the trial?
So the trial turns into a subscription without a second sign-up, and so that nothing stops on day 15 while the nightly checks are running. Nothing is charged during the 14 days.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time, up or down, from Billing: Manage subscription opens the Lemon Squeezy portal, where you pick the new plan. The change applies at once. Moving up, the difference for the rest of the period goes on your next invoice. Moving down, the unused part of the old plan is credited on your next invoice.
Are features limited by plan?
No. Every check and every feature, Automation included, is available on every plan and every account, with no limit on ad spend. Plans differ by the number of accounts and users only.
How are payments and invoices handled?
By Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record: card payment, tax and invoices. An invoice is emailed after every charge.
Refunds?
Subscriptions are not refunded. Cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
