Questions Before the Trial

What agencies, freelancers and in-house marketers ask before connecting a Google Ads account to Sukidoo. Anything missing? Ask on the contact page.

Safety and Control

Is it safe on client accounts?

Nothing is applied on its own until you switch it on, per type and per account. Sukidoo never increases spend. Every change is logged and can be reversed in Google Ads; paused items are paused, not deleted.

Is Sukidoo an autopilot?

No. Sukidoo is an assistant to the account manager, not the manager. Every suggestion waits for a person to apply it, unless that person chose to automate that type on that account. Automate what you trust, switch it off whenever you want: the decision stays yours.

What if a suggestion is wrong?

Each one shows why it was flagged, with the figures and the window, and what applying will change. Edit it, discard it, or undo it in Google Ads. Sukidoo is conservative by design, so that what it shows is right.

Will my clients see Sukidoo in their change history?

Yes. Google Ads names the tool behind every change made through its API, and Sukidoo appears under its own name, like any other tool, next to the email of the person who has connected the account to Sukidoo. Every change listed there is one you applied or chose to automate, and its reason and figures stay on record in Sukidoo.

Where is the data stored, and what is collected?

Infrastructure in the European Union, Google-verified application. Sukidoo reads the Google Ads data needed for the checks and collects no name beyond the Google login. Details in the privacy policy.

Suggestions

Why not just use Google's own recommendations?

Google's recommendations are built by the seller of the clicks, and most of them ask you to spend more. Google never flags a bad search term or a bad placement. Sukidoo reads every search term and every placement against what the business sells, every night, only ever narrows where the money goes, and shows the figures before the click.

How many suggestions will I get?

A short list, not a task pile. An account that is already well kept gets few. A sensitivity setting per account raises the volume when you want more.

What does Sukidoo check?

Search terms relevance and performance, placements and YouTube channels quality, underperforming keywords, ad groups, asset groups, ads, product types and products, each against its own benchmark. Ad groups with a single ad get a second ad suggestion. Every segment is checked, any waste identified, on every connected account, every night, in any language.

Can Sukidoo's suggestions be trusted?

Every suggestion shows its reason and figures over the window against its own benchmark, or its quality or relevance score against what the business sells, and one link to the corresponding report in Google Ads. Nothing is changed until you apply it. Every change is logged and can be undone.

How soon do the first suggestions arrive?

Within minutes of connecting. Sign in with Google, select the accounts you manage, and the first list is on screen while you wait. From then on every account is checked every night, with a recap in the morning, even on a quiet week.

Accounts and Teams

What counts as an account?

A Google Ads account you connect to Sukidoo. A manager account is a door, not an account: only the accounts you select under it count toward your plan.

Does Sukidoo work for one account as well as for fifty?

One account or a hundred: the same screen, the same nightly checks. Plans run from 1 to 100 accounts, from $19 a month, and every plan includes everything Sukidoo does.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Invite your teammates, each sign in under their own Google login and connect their own accounts. Any team member runs it on day one, with nothing to learn first. Plans include 1 to 25 users.

Our team already runs its own scripts. Why Sukidoo?

Keep them. Scripts need someone to maintain, monitor and trust them, and that work grows with every account. Sukidoo is the maintained version of the nightly clean-up: every account, every night, no code to keep alive, from $19 a month.

Does Sukidoo replace the optimization tool already in use?

Not necessarily. Reporting, bidding and budget tools do a different job. Sukidoo takes the nightly clean-up, search terms, placements, underperforming keywords, ad groups, ads and products, and turns it into a short list of finished actions, applied in one click. The rest of the stack stays if it earns its place.

Billing

What does it cost?

From $19 a month for one account, with plans up to 100 accounts. Every check on every plan. 14-day free trial, card at checkout, cancel anytime. All nine plans on the pricing page.

What happens at the end of the trial?

The trial runs 14 days from checkout. On day 15 your card is charged for the plan you chose, unless you cancelled before. Cancelling takes one click from Billing, and access runs to the end of the period.

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time, up or down, from Billing: Manage subscription opens the Lemon Squeezy portal, where you pick the new plan. The change applies at once. Moving up, the difference for the rest of the period goes on your next invoice. Moving down, the unused part of the old plan is credited on your next invoice.

Who is behind Sukidoo?

Neopsis Pte. Ltd., based in Singapore, founded by former digital advertising agency shareholders. Infrastructure is in the European Union. Sukidoo is a Google-verified application.
